Twenty-five years of operations.
Hi, I’m
Noelle.
The story
The magic only looks effortless.
I’ve spent decades inside America’s largest resident theatre ensemble, managing personnel, administrative schedules, and eventually becoming VP of Operations.
If you’ve ever been to a show, you’ve seen the magic onstage. What you didn’t see was the schedule that made sure every actor, usher, and stagehand was in the right place at the right time. I spent years building things like that — systems that made a nonstop operation feel calm from the inside.
What I do now
I bring order to the back office.
Now I do the same thing for small-business owners. That work is Your Girl In The Chair, or YGITC for short. (Pronounced "WHY-GIT-SEE.")
How we work
I'm in the chair; you're in the field.
You bring your business — the clients, the craft, the calls only you can make. I bring operations: twenty-five years of finding where the hours leak. You get the map: what to fix, in what order, and what changes.

Why “the Chair”
The person turning chaos into answers.
The name itself is a Spider-Man: Homecoming reference. But the job it describes comes from a line of women I grew up watching: Penny from Inspector Gadget, Garcia from Criminal Minds, Patterson from Blindspot, Kasie from NCIS.
They were never the ones chasing the bad guy — they were the ones in the chair, turning chaos into answers while everyone else was out in the action.
A little more about me
A few things that explain a lot.
I work six days a week, and I still get a kick out of finding the shortcut nobody noticed.
I’ve been the person answering emails at 11pm, so I know exactly what “the whole business lives in your head” feels like.
When I find a way to make a system run better, I write about it on Substack.
